Can you use other images other than cars or trucks?
Can I preview my freshener before shipment?
In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. We want you to love your Custom Fresh Air Freshener! Be sure to review Image Guidelines here.
Can I change my order after its been placed?
If you change your mind on your photo, please reach out within 12 hours of your order being placed and we can make it work. After 12 hours, we may not be able to guarantee the change BUT we will do our absolute best to make it right. Please note, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
What makes a good photo?
1) Photo is taken with good lighting. Ideally without a filter.
2) The whole vehicle is in frame. This allows us to get a good crop of your vehicle.
3) Avoid blurry photos.

What is the size of each freshener?
Each freshener is on average 5" wide by 3" high for landscape photos. For portrait fresheners the average size is 3" wide by 5" high.
